Visiting our Nursery for a Personal Tour

What to Expect

We can’t wait to meet you and your family, learn more about your needs for childcare and understand what factors are important to you when choosing a nursery. The friendly nursery staff team will be eager to meet you and ready to show you around the inspiring nursery. We would love to answer any questions you may have about Bright Horizons nursery life or any questions about childcare and early education in general!

Your tour with a member of the nursery team may last up to one hour and will consist of:

  • An introduction to the nursery management team
  • Information about our setting such as daily set up, routines, parent drop off details, room transitions etc to truly understand the Bright Horizons structure
  • An explanation of fees and available funding options
  • Discussion surrounding availability, boking patterns and how to register
  • Examples of our current menu and a chance to discuss any dietary requirements
  • A full viewing of the nursery rooms and facilities

Keeping Everyone Safe

Upon arrival for your tour, the nursery team will require some photographic ID so please do ensure you bring a passport or driving license/provisional. We also have a strict no mobile phone policy so we will ask you to switch off your phone and keep it in a bag or pocket whilst viewing the nursery.

We understand it can be an information overload when looking for a new nursery so you can expect to leave our nursery armed with helpful information to take home and review in your own time, with a cup of tea!

  • A registration pack (including info such as fees, a copy of our menu, reg form, settle session forms etc)
  • A Bright Horizons information brochure
  • A Bright Horizons loyalty card
  • A Safe & Sound voucher
  • Link to the nursery’s Facebook page

Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions.

We look forward to welcoming you!
