175g Sunflower Spread
175g Caster Sugar
80g Golden Syrup
300g Flaked Oats
100g Sultanas
1 In a sauce pan melt butter sugar and syrup
2 Once melted mix in oats and dried fruit well
3 Pour into a lined baking tin and bake at 160°C for 20 - 30 minutes
4 Allow to cool before cutting
