Chicken Supreme


530g Chicken Breast

500ml Whole Milk

100g Plain Flour

100g Margarine

300ml Water

2 cloves of Garlic

150g Button Mushrooms

100g Red Onion


1. Dry onion, garlic and chicken sliced breast in a frying pan.

2. Wash mushrooms and slice. Add to chicken.

3. Cover with water and simmer until thoroughly cooked through.

4. Make white sauce using the milk, flour and margarine making sure no lumps are formed.

5. Stir into cooked chicken and a small amount of water.

6. Season to taste if required.

7. Serve with accompanying dish.
