530g Chicken Breast
2 Red Peppers
750ml Whole Milk
50g Plain Flour
100g Red Onion
1. Dry fry the chicken
2.Add diced peppers and onion.
3.Make a white sauce using the milk, margarine and flour
4. Add the sauted chicken, peppers and sweetcorn
5. Season to taste
6. Simmer for approx. 30 minutes
7. Serve chicken on a bed of rice or couscous
