Chandlers Ford Children Explore Traditions of Chinese New Year

Children at Bright Horizons Chandlers Ford Day Nursery and Preschool have been exploring the traditions associated with Chinese New Year.

The children were introduced to a variety of traditions from fabrics and accessories to writing styles and animals, with this year being the Year of the Tiger.

“Throughout the year many celebrations occur for our families at Chandlers Ford and we love to investigate and explore the reasons why they are so exciting and important to each other,” said Nursery Manager Megan Terndrup.
