Hinckley nursery children make playdough bugs

Bright Horizons News

Children at Bright Horizons Hinckley Day Nursery and Preschool have been putting their recent interest in bugs into practice.

The children have been making their own playdough bugs using real life pictures as guides. They also recently enjoyed hiding their toy bugs in soil.

“Staff have used this in their planning and provided activities which allowed the children to explore and learn more about bugs,” said Nursery Manager Natalie Vaughan Prosser.

Bright Horizons now provides twice-weekly access to Covid-19 lateral flow tests for all staff within our nurseries, in line with the Government’s guidance and protocol for early years settings in England. This marks the latest step in Keeping Everyone Safe within our nurseries.
