Liverpool nursery children embrace musical carpet

Children at Bright Horizons Broadgreen Day Nursery and Preschool in Liverpool recently created a musical carpet.

The area now includes a variety of puppets, musical instruments, sensory bottles and song sheets.

“Staff encourage the toddlers’ independence by allowing them to choose their own songs and then bring the songs to life by using props and puppets,” said Nursery Manager Stephanie Dickinson.

Children at Bright Horizons Broadgreen Day Nursery and Preschool in Liverpool have been busy investigating the sand and water play area.

Whilst enjoying playing in the bright blue water, the children decide to add water play animals and used metal resources to pour and empty.

“Simple experiences such as these are so beneficial to the children exploratory skills and development,” said Nursery Manager Stephanie Dickinson.
