Epsom nursery children use potatoes to make words
Children at Bright Horizons Epsom Day Nursery and Preschool have been making use of the potatoes that they had grown themselves.
The children then drew letters on the potatoes and started to make a variety of words from them.
“It was a great way to enhance the children’s word formation and spelling skills,” said Nursery Manager Maddiy Clancy.
