Bright Horizons recognised as one of the UK’s ‘Best Workplaces’ for the 14th consecutive year

Bright Horizons Family Solutions®, a leading provider of high-quality childcare, early education and other services designed to help employees and families address the challenges of work and life, has announced it has been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in 2019 by Great Place to Work® for the 14th consecutive year.
Bright Horizons was awarded 14th place in the newly created Super Large Category, meaning those organisations with 1,000 or more employees, at a gala dinner in London on Wednesday 8th May.
The methodology behind the ranking is one of the most rigorous available and uniquely comprises both an employee survey and an audit into our organisation’s management and HR practices. The award recognises the strength of our leadership and the range of innovative, creative and effective HR policies we have which creates our successful workplace culture.
