Bright Horizons is excited to announce the launch of the Modern Families Index 2016.

Looking at the evidence in the report there are some clear struggles for both men and women – from millennials striving to have it all but facing challenges in juggling work and family responsibilities, to more families sharing care but battling prevailing gender stereotypes. The price of this is burnout – the true cost for employers.
