Denise Priest, Director of Employer and Strategic Partnerships

Denise joined Bright Horizons in 1997, initially working in our recruitment division before joining the Growth Team in 2004. As Business Development Manager, Denise worked with employers seeking dependent care solutions for multi-site workforces and was instrumental in launching the Back-Up Care Advantage Programme in the UK. As Director of Employer and Strategic Partnerships, Denise currently leads our Client Relations, Corporate Marketing and Communications teams and is a board member for the Bright Horizons Foundation for Children.

Paul Quartly, Client Services Manager

Paul joined Bright Horizons in 2009. In the past 5 years he has developed family-related employee benefits for many clients, including American Express, the RAF, Morgan Stanley, the University of London and Thomson Reuters. The solutions that he has helped implement for employers include workplace nurseries, back-up care employee benefit and services that support employees with dependents of all ages. Paul is a proud father to two boys and lists the best part of his job as, ‘really getting to the heart of a client’s business and understanding needs of its workforce’. Paul is currently studying an Open Degree with a focus on Childhood and Child Psychology.

Andy Ehlen, BUCA Programme Manager

Andy joined kidsunlimited in January 2010, which was subsequently acquired by Bright Horizons in March 2013. Reporting directly into the US global operation, Andy has full responsibility for the effective delivery of the UK/EIRE BUCA programme, maintaining the highest quality product delivery for all of our clients, parents, & providers. He has a wealth of experience from varying industry sectors, including Public, Not-for-Profit, Leisure and Corporate Employee Benefits. Andy was the key operational driver at kidsunlimited Childcare Vouchers and also managed key clients including HSBC, Pfizer, Home Retail Group and Oxford University. Andy is married with two children and enjoys spending time with his family.

Victoria Wrenn, Senior Account Manager

Victoria (Tory) manages relationships with Bright Horizons clients in both the public and private sectors, with responsibility for contracts across our service streams. Her passion for excellence in service delivery and ensuring our alignment with the strategic objectives of our client partners is at the core of creating successful and long-standing client partnerships. Victoria joined Bright Horizons in August 2008 following her graduation from University College London, where she gained experience in statistical analysis and research projects.

Emily Harris, Senior Account Manager

In her role as Senior Account Manager, Emily provides strategic and commercial support to our clients. Emily’s experience includes identifying dependant care needs and developing responsive strategies; developing new dependant care provision; and transitioning existing client provision to Bright Horizons’ management. As a working Mum with a BA Hons. Degree in Early Childhood Studies, Emily has both theoretical and hands-on knowledge of balancing the needs of work and family. Emily has been with Bright Horizons since 1996.

Laura Moon, Account Manager

Laura joined Bright Horizons in 2011, having managed a team within our Consumer Marketing section, Laura transitioned to the Client Relations Team as an Account manager. In addition to her BA Hons Degree in Childhood Studies, Laura has a great deal of experience in commercial and strategic roles. Laura is skilled at establishing and maintaining long-standing working relationships, and enjoys working with clients to provide solutions that make a positive impact on their workforce.
