Hello, my name is Naomi and I am the Nursery Manager at Tonbridge.
I have worked with children for 18 years and have gained lots of experience working with children from 3 months – 5 years. I was previously working as the Deputy Manager at BH Tonbridge and at BH Kings Hill.
I have a level 3 diploma in childcare and education and Level 3 in Management.
I am very passionate about providing children with the best possible outcomes, ensuring they develop through their learning and supporting them on their next steps. I am the nursery Senco, providing a wealth of support to children with Special Educational needs.
I look forward to meeting all of you soon.
Hello my name is Rachel, I have worked here since May 2009 and am level 3 qualified in childcare.
I worked in the toddler room for a year and a half and then in babycare for 8 years where I became room leader and the third in charge. I loved helping to look after all of the new families and children coming into the nursery, and knowing that the children would be safe and well looked after.
In January 2019 I became Deputy Manager and help support the running of the nursery along with spending time with all of the children in their rooms.
It is very rewarding to watch all of the children grow and develop through their time with us before their next big adventures.
The Bright Horizons passion and enthusiasm for providing high-quality care isn’t just common knowledge within our own business – we’ve also gained some impressive accolades from external sources for excellence as both a childcare provider, and as an employer. We are the only childcare company to have been listed for the last 11 years as one of the country’s top 50 “Great Places to Work” by the Great Place to Work Institute.
