Meet the Team

Sunny Dowlatshahi

I have been working in childcare for 20 years, managing various settings for the past 17 years. I took a break for few months to spend time with my family and joined Bright Horizons in January 2017 whem I joined the lovely Teddies Twickenham West Nursery and Preschool.

I feel I have the best job in the world and I'm very excited and proud to be working with a team of professionals.

I strongly believe we should provide a home from home environment to help every child to feel happy and secure when they are with us in the nursery.

Rachel Bryant

I started working in childcare in 2001;  my second daughter's first full day in reception class, it was the beginning of a new chapter in both our lives.
When I joined Smileys, which was a client nursery situated on the MOD base in Feltham, it was still part of the Kinderquest nursery group before becoming part of BHFS in 2002.
I started out as a nursery assistant and began my NVQ level 3 in Childcare and Education. I held many positions at Smileys before I moved on to Teddies Brentford.
I started at Teddies in Brentford as Head of Unit of pre-school; the team there lead by Alison and Claire made me feel so welcomed. Alison suggested I applied for the Deputy Manager (maternity cover) position here.
I started working at Teddies Twickenham West this year and I’d like to say that Marina and the team made me feel very welcome.

I don’t mind saying, Marina and I make a pretty good team!
