A ‘Bright Beginning’ for Every Child
Designed by our Early Years specialists, your little one will get the best start to their schooling life through our enriching and wellbeing focused Bright Beginnings Curriculum.
Building on the foundations of the government’s EYFS curriculum, it combines a wide range of activities to nurture and develop the skills your child needs to flourish and reach their full potential. This holistic yet personal approach supports each child’s development and progress – whether that’s moving rooms or preparing them for school.
Exceptional Outdoors

Your child will love exploring the large landscaped garden and outdoor play area at their own pace, discovering the mucky joys of our mud kitchen, mini allotment, construction area, and more.

Socialising and community are essential for your child’s development. To encourage this, we have an open family environment, holding regular opportunities for siblings and other children across the age groups to mingle with each other.

Request a call backI have worked in childcare for 15 years and joined Bright Horizons in October 2019 as the Deputy Manager of our Warsash Nursery.
I have worked in a number of different childcare settings including schools and nurseries and special needs residential schools where I have gained experience with each age group from 0-16years.
I am passionate about creating safe and stimulating environments for the children in our care and enjoy supporting staff in planning activities based around the curriculum to enable children to meet their full potential in each area of development. T
he children in the nursery are all individual and every one of them has so much potential. I ensure I encourage and support them through the most important time, developmentally, in their lives.
I enjoy meeting families and maintaining good relationships with all the children and families throughout the nursery to provide the best quality care.
I have been working in childcare with a Level 3 qualification for 10 years and started with Bright Horizons in 2019. I adore working with children; every day is an adventure! As a man working in childcare, I feel I add an extra dynamic to the care and learning that we promote on a daily basis. I look forward to meeting you.
Hi, my name is Candy Floss, I joined Bright Horizons in March 2010 as the ‘Super Safety Hero’ to help nursery children stay safe and manage risks. My role as a Health and Safety Super Hero is unique to Bright Horizons and I’m in every nursery, 365 days a year.
Back in 2010, I saw a job advert for a Zebra Super Safety Hero – I was very excited, applied and was invited for an interview with several other zebras. We were interviewed by all the children who then voted on which of us would be their Super Safety Hero. It was hoof biting but I was thrilled when they told me I was the most voted for by the children who all loved me because of my cape and bag. My bag is very special, if something fits inside, it’s a choking hazard. You might be wondering how I got my name. The children in our nurseries chose five names and voted for their favourite. I love it as it’s unique, I mean have you ever heard of a zebra called Candy Floss? Exactly!
The Bright Horizons passion and enthusiasm for providing high-quality care isn’t just common knowledge within our own business – we’ve also gained some impressive accolades from external sources for excellence as both a childcare provider, and as an employer. We are the only childcare company to have been listed for the last 11 years as one of the country’s top 50 “Great Places to Work” by the Great Place to Work Institute.
