Manchester Day Nursery in central Manchester is a purpose-built environmentally friendly concept nursery situated within the heart of Macintosh Village.
It is conveniently situated close to major bus, train and tram routes around Oxford Road. Our nursery has three well equipped base rooms and two large outside play areas, which is a rarity for a city centre nursery. Our team of experienced childcare professionals work closely with parents to support the learning and development of their child, including play and learning at home ideas to support them in reaching their full potential. Our extra-curricular activities include Boogie Mites and myHappymind, encouraging a healthy lifestyle from a young age.
Our parent room compliments these relationships by being a dedicated area for families and key workers to support partnership and communication between nursery and home. Early drop off and late pick up is available, bookable in advance for a small fee.
Where possible we look to offer flexible booking patterns and a range of funding options, including the government's 30 hours funded childcare* provision. To request pricing and availability, please request a call back by clicking the button below.

I am very passionate about working with children in the early years, having a wide variety of experience throughout my career in childcare. I have a BA Honours in Childhood, Youth and Early Years and have qualified as an Early Years Teacher. I am always striving to ensure children learn and develop to their full potential whilst in my care, providing them with opportunities to challenge and stimulate them, using my knowledge and understanding of child development to achieve this.
I joined Bright Horizon in August 2018. I have been supporting children’s care, learning and development since 2004 in various child care settings, and I have been a Deputy Manager since 2007. I have a level 3 childcare qualification and hold a CERT ED teaching qualification.
I am very passionate about delivering outstanding childcare to children and believe that all children deserve to be in an environment that is safe, stimulating and enriched with quality learning experiences.
The Bright Horizons passion and enthusiasm for providing high-quality care isn’t just common knowledge within our own business – we’ve also gained some impressive accolades from external sources for excellence as both a childcare provider, and as an employer. We are the only childcare company to have been listed for the last 11 years as one of the country’s top 50 “Great Places to Work” by the Great Place to Work Institute.
