I have been working in the childcare, within Bright Horizons for 11 years. I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Childcare and I am currently working towards completing my Level 5 in Management and Leadership. I have a true passion for working in childcare and strive for excellence in each and every day within our nursery. I have a young son who I absolutely adore and love spending time with, we love taking trips to the seaside and the park!
I have worked within the childcare industry since 2009 and have immensely enjoyed every minute of it! I joined our Bright Horizons family in 2012 where I have continued to grow and developed within the company and gained my NVQ Level 3 qualification. I have enjoyed the experience with all ages but even more so with the younger children due to being a room leader in a baby room for 7 years. My passion is to thrive in exceptional parent and partnership, maintaining a good relationship with all parents and potential clients to ensure parents know they can approach me when necessary. I have a son who makes me proud every single day as he grows and develops with all the new skills he's learning. I am a bubbly, outgoing character who loves animals especially horses as I was bought up around them. This gives me a great excuse to explore the countryside with my family at the weekends. My son keep me busy and enjoys visiting zoo's and farms in our spare time too!
The Bright Horizons passion and enthusiasm for providing high-quality care isn’t just common knowledge within our own business – we’ve also gained some impressive accolades from external sources for excellence as both a childcare provider, and as an employer. We are the only childcare company to have been listed for the last 11 years as one of the country’s top 50 “Great Places to Work” by the Great Place to Work Institute.
