Located in a beautiful Edwardian building with state-of-the-art facilities, Cheshunt Day Nursery and Preschool is an Ofsted Good nursery providing exceptional care and education to children aged 3 months to 5 years.

State-of-the-Art Rooms and Facilities

Each of our bright and inspiring classrooms is filled with specially-made Community Playthings furniture and resources, as well as the latest ICT equipment, including an interactive monitor, a touchscreen PC and a Light Box. We even have outdoor technology as well.

In our baby room, we follow your baby's routine from home as closely as possible to help ease them into nursery life. Babies love our wooden and natural resources and enjoy happy days exploring sensory activities.

Our large toddler rooms allow children to be mobile and independent in their play. We get creative in these rooms and explore lots of exciting activities to aid independence and development.

The nursery area combines two rooms and is the perfect place to prepare the children for preschool. We have two preschool rooms which are divided into age groups. We support your child's independence and start to introduce key skills that will aid them with the next step in their school life.

We also have a lovely children's kitchen, where your mini chef will enjoy learning about healthy food options and take part in cooking experiments.

Children also enjoy Boogie Mites music sessions where they can learn about the world through music and song.

Your little one will get the best start to their schooling life through our enriching and wellbeing-focused Bright Beginnings Curriculum, designed by our own Early Years specialists.

Building on the foundations of the government's EYFS curriculum, Bright Beginnings combines a wide range of activities to nurture and develop the skills your child needs to flourish and reach their full potential. This holistic yet personal approach supports each child's wellbeing, development, and progress – whether that's moving rooms or preparing them for school.

Adventures in the Garden

Your little explorer will love having freeflow access to our stunning adventure garden. The garden is divided into different areas to support each age group, ensuring your child always has the best resources for their development. With a climbing frame and wobbly road track, a stage area to practise those performing skills, a sandpit, and even a bespoke baby garden, your child can explore the garden at their own pace.

All-Inclusive Care and Convenience

• Nutritionally balanced meals are prepared daily by our onsite chef. Our all-inclusive care extends to snacks, nappies, wipes, formula, and nappy cream.
• Our Cheshunt nursery is located close to Cheshunt train station.
• Longer opening hours of 7am to 7pm.
