Working with children and families has always been a desire of mine. I started my first position as a nursery nurse after qualifying with my level 3 where I then progressed to deputy leader shortly after completing my level 5. After gaining further knowledge and experience within the industry, I decided to continue my passion and complete my degree – where I achieved a First Class BA Honours in Early Years Education & Care. I embedded my learning within my work and progressed to the setting manager before finding my career opportunity as a Nursery Manager within Bright Horizons.
I am a collaborative leader and support the team and the nursery to achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
I started working with the childcare industry in 2002 after qualifying with my level 3 in childcare and education. I joined the company in 2008 as a nursery nurse soon becoming the preschool leader, over the years I have progressed working my way up to third in charge and then became assistant manager in 2018. I am a positive and enthusiastic person who along with my team is proud of what we can achieve to provide the highest and outstanding care possible.
