Vegetarian Balti

Ingredients

150g Red Onion

60g Carrots

80g Tomatoes

500g Quorn Mince

2tbsp Tomato Paste

2tsp Turmeric

1 heaped tsp Garam Marsala

1tsp Mild Chilli Powder

500ml Water

Method

1. Chop the onion, carrot and tomatoes.

2. Into a pan place the onion, carrots and tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.

3. Add the tomato puree, turmeric, garam masala, chilli powder, Quorn and water.

4. Bring to the boil and simmer for 30 minutes or until vegetables are soft and thoroughly heated through.
