Tropical Fruity Rice Pudding


125g Short Grain Pudding Rice

750ml Whole Milk

25g Caster Sugar

150g Bananas

150g Pineapple


1. Pre- heat oven to 160C/325F/gas mark3 and grease an ovenproof dish
2. Wash the rice in a sieve and put in the dish with sugar
3. Heat the milk in a pan and pour over the rice and sugar
4. Bake in the oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until the rice is tender.
5. Sprinkle the rice pudding with chopped bananas and pineapple.
