Oaty Plum Crumble

Ingredients

400g Plum Halves

100g Wholemeal Flour

50g Margarine

30g Demerara Sugar

20g Oats

Method

1. Drain the fruit and place in a heatproof dish.
2. Mix the flour and margarine until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
3. Add the sugar and oats and mix.
4. Place evenly over the plums.
5. Bake at 190°C/375°F/Gas mark 5 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
