Ingredients:
15g Sunflower Spread
100g Onion
250g Garden Peas
500ml Water
3g Mint
500g Semi Skimmed Milk
500g Ham
pinch of Black Pepper
Method:
1. Melt marge in a large pan.
2. Saute chopped onions until soft.
3. Add peas and water with chopped mint and bring to boil.
4. Season to taste.
5. Cook until peas tender.
6. Liquidise until smooth.
7. Return to heat and pour in the milk and chopped ham gently re-heat, stirring frequently.
8. Once heated through, serve.
