With National Vegetarian Week just around the corner (14th – 20th May), it’s a great opportunity to discuss the importance of being healthy with your child whilst trying out delicious and exciting new recipes! 

There are a number of health benefits to following a vegetarian diet, such as a reduced risk of heart disease, diabetes and some cancers. With a little planning and awareness of your nutritional needs, a vegetarian diet can meet the needs of people of all ages!
