Englefield Green children experiment with milk and food colouring
Date: 19 Jul 2019
Children at Bright Horizons Englefield Green Nursery and Preschool in Egham, Surrey have been studying how colours change within different liquids.
The children placed milk into their messy tray and added drops of different food colouring. They then dipped a glue spreader into washing up liquid and added to the coloured spots.
“We found that the colours spread quickly and merged together making pretty patterns for the children to watch and mix together,” said Charlotte Martin, preschool room leader.
