Staff members from Bright Horizons’ Rushden support office have raised more than £1,300 for the Bright Horizons Foundation for Children, following a recent sponsored walk.

The 10-mile walk, which took place on September 22nd, saw the staff begin at Billing Aquadrome and move along their route through Cogenhoe, Castle Ashby and Whiston. Staff members taking part included Denise Priest, Emma Dean, Katie Dawson, Deborah Ejenas, Pinder Chauhan, Vicki Turner and Louise Shepherd, alongside Foundation Development Manager Emily Harris.

“It was an excellent walk through the beautiful local country side and we like to say a huge thanks to everyone who sponsored and supported us,” said Harris.

The money raised will go towards the creation of new Bright Spaces for child victims of sexual abuse and exploitation.
