Children at Bright Horizons Asquith Reigate Pre-School and Day Nursery have been busy creating their own Halloween hedgehogs.
The children used pumpkins for the body and used pieces of wood as spikes. They inserted the wood into the pumpkins by using their hammers which helped to enhance their fine motor skills.
“They had a great time creating the hedgehogs ahead of Halloween, under the watchful eye of our health and safety mascot Candy Floss,” said Nursery Manager Angela Gallagher.
