Harpenden children embrace healthy eating
Date: 21 Aug 2018
Children at Bright Horizons Asquith Harpenden Day Nursery have been making their own healthy foods as part of the organisation’s Growing Up Healthy week.
The children made their own fruit kebabs at snack time and also spoke about eating their five-a-day. They also made their own coleslaw using different vegetables and ate this with their tea.
“The children have been enjoying looking at what foods they can eat to grow up healthy and strong,” said Nursery Manager Hollie Stokes.
