Warrington nursery children excel in sensory activities

Date: 13 Aug 2018

Children at Bright Horizons Callands Day Nursery and Preschool in Warrington have been taking part in a number of different sensory play activities recently.

The children have been smelling different playdough with different textures and used soapy water to fill and empty a number of different sized containers. They have also been mark making with different coloured paints, as part of Bright Horizons’ Growing Artists enhancement which encourages creativity in art,

“Sensory activities are always a great way to stimulate the children’s sense and they thoroughly enjoyed taking part in them,” said Nursery Manager Denise Sharkey.
