Canary Wharf children learn more about police work

Date: 09 May 2018

Children at Bright Horizons Columbus Courtyard Day Nursery and Preschool in Canary Wharf have been learning more about the police recently as part of a “people who help us” theme.

The children made their own sheets and took copies of their finger prints, similar to the work of police officers. They also made their own badges and turned their home corner into a police station.

“The children were very keen to learn more about people who help us across the community, none more so than the police who we are very thankful for,” said Louisa Stokes, deputy nursery manager.
