Children at Bright Horizons Tytherington Day Nursery and Preschool in Macclesfield made the most of the recent snowy weather by building their own snowman.
A snow plough had cleared the nursery carpark which made a big pile of snow nearby. As a result, the children decided to build their own snowman and used foods from the kitchen to do so.
“We asked Sally our cook for a carrot for his nose,” said Nursery Manager Lorraine Roberts. “We used courgettes for his eyes and an apple peel for his big smile.”
