Children at Bright Horizons Asquith Four Seasons at Spectrum nursery in Glasgow were recently visit by a group of local firefighters who explained more about their job.

The children have been learning about the people who help us in their local community. They showed their health and safety mascot, Candy Floss, to the firefighters and explained how they use him to indicate where the fire alarms and fire extinguishers are.

“The children were very excited to be visited by the firefighters and we thank them for coming to our nursery to do so and explain more about their role in the community,” said Elizabeth Johnston, assistant nursery manager.
