Children at Bright Horizons Esher Day Nursery and Preschool took part in a number of science experiments this week, as part of the organisation’s Growing Scientists enhancement.
The children used ingredients to create their own volcano in a tray. They used raisins which moved around as a result of the eruption effect created by the volcano. They also made ice melt.
“The children always enjoy taking part in our science experiments,” said Deputy Nursery Manager Maddiy Clancy.
Bright Horizons’ Growing Scientists enhancement aims to help children identify scientific activities that occur in their everyday lives.
