Children at Bright Horizons Asquith Hatch End Pre-School and Day Nursery have begun the New Year with the introduction of gymnastic sessions at the nursery.
The children enjoyed taking part in a variety of gym activities including stretches and using hula hoops. The gymnastics sessions are also part of the organisation’s Active Athletes enhancement, which aims to provide opportunities for the children to take part in physical activity throughout the course of the day.
“The children have been very excited to take part in the new gymnastics sessions and have shown a keen interest in the hula hoops in particular,” said Deputy Nursery Manager Debbie Chambers.
