Children at Bright Horizons Canada Square Day Nursery and Preschool in Canary Wharf recently made their own fruit kebabs as part of the organisation’s Creative Cooks enhancement.

The children cut their fruit up and each child had their own kebab stick to use. They were then given the choice to pick which fruit they wanted to place on their kebab stick.

“The children really enjoyed picking out their own fruit and putting it onto the kebab stick,” said Naomi Runeckles, deputy nursery manager.

Bright Horizons’ Creative Cooks enhancement aims to encourage creativity in cooking.
