Tooting nursery children create their own Biscuit Bear
Date: 21 Nov 2017
Children at Bright Horizons Looking Glass Day Nursery in Tooting have created their own Biscuit Bear after reading the story as part of the organisation’s Growing Readers enhancement.
The children decided to make their own bears out of salt dough, taking it in turns to cut them. Once dry, they painted the bears of their own colour and added sprinkles.
“The children have thoroughly enjoyed reading the story of Biscuit Bear and were excited to produce their own,” said Deputy Nursery Manager Emma Vincent. “We were delighted with the creativity shown in making the bears.”
