Tonbridge children learn threading techniques
Date: 06 Jun 2017
Children at Bright Horizons Tonbridge Nursery in Kent have been learning different ways of threading through holes, using a variety of resources.
The children used shopping baskets and colanders to thread as they were able to look for the holes in each resource. The activity improved both the children’s hand-eye coordination and fine manipulative skills.“The children have been focusing on developing their fine manipulative skills and found this very fun,” said Sam Booth, nursery manager.
