Livingston children create paper friends
Date: 18 May 2017
Children in the Two’s Room at Bright Horizons Livingston Nursery and Preschool recently welcomed some new friends from the nearby Toddler Room into their surroundings.
The toddlers have transitioned to join the two year-olds and the latter decided to welcome their new friends in by making paper friends together. The children used large pieces of paper to draw around each other and then decorated the outline with different materials.“To help build friendships and to reinforce our ‘Golden Rule’ of ‘Gentle Hands’ the children made some paper friends together,” said Nursery Manager Karen Bell. “Their new paper friends can be seen holding hands around the Two’s Room.”
