Crewe children get arty with animal prints

Date: 09 May 2017

Children at Bright Horizons Crewe Day Nursery and Preschool have created an animal picture using themed prints after displaying an interest in wildlife.

A number of the children and their families have been taking trips to the zoo which sparked the interest and back at the nursery, the children used printing tools to create a colourful image. They were asked to identify which animal the print was and what colours are used with each animal.

“The children thoroughly enjoyed the activity and a chance to enhance their artistic skills,” said Nursery Manager Claire Chadwick. “The activity was a continuation of our Growing Artists enhancement.”

Bright Horizons’ Growing Artists enhancement aims to encourage creativity in art.
