Fulham nursery children visit science museum

Date: 18 Apr 2017

Children at Bright Horizons Active Learning Fulham nursery recently visited a science museum in an outing part of the organisation’s Growing Scientists enhancement.

During the visit, the children were taught about the functionality of a variety of machines including spacecraft and trains. Bright Horizons healthy and safety mascot Candy Floss also accompanied them on the walk to the museum.

“The children had lots of fun exploring and learning about how and why things work,” said Nursery Manager Chelsea Garratt. “Candy Floss also came with us to make sure we were safe.”

The Growing Scientists enhancement aims to help children identify scientific activities that occur in their everyday lives.
