Children at Bright Horizons Rosehill Day Nursery and Preschool in Cheltenham have been learning about the construction of buildings and how they are made.
After studying different types of buildings, the children then mixed together sand and water to produce their own model wall. They also experimented with wooden blocks and dried sand.
“The children were really intrigued to learn more about buildings and how they are constructed,” said Nursery Manager Sarah Jones. “We were delighted with their close attention to detail when making their own wall with the sand and water.”
