Children at Bright Horizons Woking Day Nursery and Preschool recently received a visit from local paramedics, as part of ‘People Who Help Us Week’ at the nursery.
The paramedics arrived at the nursery, which opened in August, to speak about the work they do in keeping people safe. The children were then able to ride in the ambulance and study the inside of the vehicle.
“The children were enthused to learn about the role of the paramedic,” said Nursery Manager Rachel Covey. “They are excited to receive more visits from other people who help to keep us safe and we look forward to welcoming more to the nursery in the future.”
