Bright Horizons and the University of Oxford has opened a new workplace nursery and preschool at the university’s Old Road Campus.

Triangle Day Nursery and Preschool is the university’s fifth workplace nursery in partnership with Bright Horizons, and offers 98 full-time places for children aged three months to five years.

Open to staff and students of one of the world’s most prestigious universities, the nursery has well-resourced rooms in addition to a garden for outdoor activities. The setting provides on-site care throughout both the academic year and holiday period, with demand expected to be high following the success of the university’s other childcare facilities.

With more than 20 years’ experience in care and early education, Nursery Manager Liz Clements will be leading the team and Bright Horizons’ naturally inspiring, exceptional care and education, including the organisation’s bespoke Growing Readers, Writers and Mathematicians programmes.

Denise Priest, Director of Employer Partnerships, said, “Bright Horizons is delighted to be continuing on our journey with the University of Oxford and opening our fifth workplace nursery.  We share a commitment to providing exceptional education and lifelong learning, and I’m thrilled that together, we can support even more employees, families and students and allow them to fulfil their goals at this global centre of excellence.”
