Nursery children get creative with cardboard boxes
Date: 05 Jul 2016
Children at Bright Horizons Nursery on the Green and Preschool in Frimley Green, Surrey, have shown a wide range of creativity with cardboard boxes.
The children were given cardboard boxes in order to encourage and enhance their creative development, all of which were various shapes and sizes.
The children were asked to use their imagination with the boxes to see what they could conjure, with houses and dinosaur homes being brought to fruition.“We are delighted the children were able to use their creative skills to come up with a number of different functions for the cardboard boxes,” said Nursery Manager Lynsey Gardner. “The children were also able to work on their communication and language throughout this activity.”
