Chelsea children embrace annual summer fete

Date: 01 Aug 2016

Bright Horizons Chelsea Day Nursery and Preschool recently held its annual summer fete, with the children taking part in a variety of activities.

The fete was well attended by numerous parents and family members associated with the nursery and featured an outdoor barbecue, puppet show, sports games and face painting. There was also a zoo lab where the children were able to pet live animals and a magic show, with Elsie the magician.

The fete was also an opportunity to promote the Growing Programmes offered by Bright Horizons, including Growing Artists and Growing Scientists.

“Our summer fete was an enjoyable day for everyone and the children were excited to observe how the live animals behave,” said Chelsea Garratt, nursery manager. “We were delighted to see so many people come out and we look forward to many more in the years ahead.”
