Your child’s early years are a magical time of learning and growth, during which their first experiences begin to form the building blocks of their future life and successes.
Bright Horizons Nurseries create safe, soothing and stimulating environments in which your child can play, discover and develop all of the skills needed to become a confident, positive and well-rounded individual.
A Special Relationship
We know that there is no more important decision facing modern parents than childcare.
Our role is to work in partnership with you, establishing strong ties that connect your child’s home and family life together with our nursery, and ensure that at all times you are fully confident that your child is safe, nurtured and being given the space to learn and grow.
We work with you to find ways of extending learning from nursery to home and vice versa. Through our Gardening and Cookery Clubs for example we can offer you ideas and activities to share with your child at home as well as opportunities for you to get involved with nursery events if you wish. We also provide parents with advice and resource packs on topics such as developing a love of reading (Growing Readers) and getting “Ready for School”. Our aim throughout is to support the partnership between parents and nursery staff and to help you make the most of your quality time at home with your child.
As well as interacting with other children and staff members, at Bright Horizons your child will receive one-to-one attention from their Key Person - a named staff member who builds a special relationship with your child, who makes sure that their routines are followed, and can fill you in with all those special little details of their day.

Bright Horizons Nurseries consistently receive higher than national average percentage of “Outstanding” and “Good” and equivalent judgments at statutory inspections.
Our expertise in childcare means we’re now actively contributing to government policy-making in the UK – we’ve worked with the Department of Education, been one of the experts on the Expert Panel reviewing the Early Years Foundation Stage, and presented to the Education Select Committee.
