Teddies Nursery in Royal Tunbridge Wells is a spacious nursery based on a quiet residential road, with close access to local parks and amenities.

With a highly motivated and experienced staff team dedicated to providing excellent childcare and stimulating learning opportunities, Teddies Nursery offers a ‘home from home’ environment for babies and children. The nursery has several spacious, well-designed rooms, allowing children to mix with friends of a similar age, and encouraging them to explore and learn together.

Babycare is a homely, calm environment, catering for babies between 3 months and 14 months. We have a separate cosy sleeping area, where our babies can listen to soothing music as they drift off to sleep. We work alongside parents to ensure babies are comfortable and happy; and encourage parents to bring in any special toys and blankets required to settle your child.

As children progresses through nursery, they’re welcomed first into our Toddler Room (for children up to two) and then our Little Learner’s Room (for children from two to three). Both rooms have fantastic resources for play and learning designed to keep little ones engaged and excited. Older children move up to pre-school, where the focus shifts to preparing children for the transition to a full-time education. This is where little ones receive their first introduction to academic subjects like reading, writing, maths, science and art.

Our safe, secure garden is filled with a range of equipment designed to develop children’s confidence, physical skills and hand and eye co-ordination. There are also planting areas for children to investigate and care for flowers, herbs and vegetables.

Teddies Royal Tunbridge Wells works hard to forge strong partnerships with parents - we organise social events for families throughout the year including barbecues, theatre trips for the children, picnics and summer fairs. We’re also committed to playing a part in our local community, and hold many charity fundraising events throughout the year – perfect for bringing parents, children, staff and the local community together to support good causes!
