Teddies Nursery Greenwich is located next to the historic Greenwich Pleasaunce Park. The nursery is easily accessible via Woolwich Road, close to the A2 and The Blackwall Tunnel, with access to Canary Wharf, Central London and Greater London. Parking is available outside the nursery (up to 2 hours) with additional parking available nearby.

We care for children aged between three months and five years in our friendly, welcoming nursery. Our comforting baby area comes with its own milk kitchen, sleep room and changing facilities – here babies can take part in gentle activities that encourage their learning and development, and quiet nurturing times with their key person. When they are more mobile and confident, babies join the older children in our bustling toddler room.

For children over 15 months, we offer a huge variety of activities and resources fundamental for learning and developing skills. These include: messy play, story time, outdoor learning, arts and crafts, music and movement and sand and water play. For pre-school children we focus on activities that support the coming move to school, with an introduction to subjects such as reading, writing, maths and science. Pre-school children also enjoy art, music, gym and creative construction.

Teddies Greenwich children enjoy playing outdoors - our outdoor space has soft surfaces, climbing frames and a wealth of resources for safe play and learning. There is also a regular program of outings - we take full advantage of our Thames-side location with daily walks in the historic Greenwich Pleasaunce Park, where children learn about the rich history of the Greenwich area and the wide range of wildlife that live in and alongside the River Thames. We also enjoy visiting our local library and taking out books that support our learning topics.

Breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea are included in our fees and are freshly prepared onsite every day by our Chef using only fresh, nutritious ingredients; we are happy to discuss any dietary requirements your child may have. Our nursery fees also include branded nappies, nappy cream, bottles and (should a parent wish), a formula baby milk of your choice.
